Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi-day or multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
No, there are no additional fees. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
Can I tow the trailer out of state?
Yes, we charge based on rental time, not mileage.
Do I need an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online through each trailer's own page.
Pickup, hours, and delivery
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup hours: You can book online any time, day or night.
Can I pick up the same day?
In many cases, yes. Check the trailer's own page for its next available date.
Where are your trailers located?
Every trailer is based at our lot in Hendersonville, NC.
Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! If you are within 50 miles of us, we will gladly bring you your unit for an additional cost.
What you need to rent
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/2 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Are tie-downs or straps provided with the trailer?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers.
Policies
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Will I be charged if I return the trailer late?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
Are damages to the trailer covered?
No, damages are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid out of pocket or through your insurance, depending on severity.
